Lucie Pudilová is a Czech mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. She is the GCF bantamweight champion (up to 61.2 kg). From 2017 to 2020, she was the first Czech woman to fight in the most prestigious organization in the world. She trains at Straight Blast Gym in Ireland under coach John Kavanagh.

She made her UFC debut on March 18, 2017, as a replacement for the injured Verónica Macedo at UFC Fight Night: Manuwa vs. Anderson, where she rematched her fight against Lina Länsberg. She narrowly lost on points in this match, her second loss to Länsberg.
Her second fight was on June 17, 2017, against Korean Ji Yeon Kim at UFC Fight Night: Holm vs. Correia in Singapore. Pudilová won comfortably on points, earning her first UFC win.
Her third fight was on February 18, 2018, at UFC Fight Night: Cowboy vs. Medeiros. Here she faced Canadian Sarah Moras, whom she managed to defeat on points and secured her second win in the most prestigious organization.[
On September 8, 2018, at UFC 228, she fought Mexican Irene Aldana, whom she lost to on points. This fight was awarded the Fight of the Night (a $50,000 bonus for both).
At the first ever UFC gala held in the Czech Republic, Pudilova fought against female MMA legend Liz Carmouche. Although the entire hall loudly cheered for Lucie, it was not enough for her to win. She lost this fight again on points.
At the UFC on ESPN: Covington vs. Lawler tournament, Lucie fought against the sister of the current featherweight champion, Antonina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko won in the second round by choke, which Lucie did not knock out and let herself fall asleep. Both fighters received a bonus for the fight of the night.
At UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. dos Santos, Lucie faced Justine Kish. Lucie lost the fight on points and was subsequently not renewed for a UFC contract.
